This morning, Morgan Stanley upgraded shares of Lamar Advertising (NASDAQ:LAMR) to overweight following the news that the company would convert to a REIT. With the upgrade, the firm set a price target of $46 per share.
In morning trading, shares of Lamar Advertising were higher, picking up 1.5% so far.
And Piper Jaffray upgraded shares of PVH (NYSE:PVH) from neutral to overweight as the company should be able to grow market share globally. With the upgrade, Piper set a price target of $109.
Shares of PVH were higher on Monday, gaining 1.9% today.
