IPO Calendar: QLYS, SMLP, GBIM Monday, September 24, 4:03 PM ET
This week, three major IPOs are on the books from both the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq. On the Nasdaq, investors will see GlobeImmune offering 5 million shares expected to price between $11 and $13. Also on the Nasdaq will be an offering from Qualys. The company is planning to offer about 7.6 million shares which are expected to price between $11 and $13. On the NYSE, investors will see an offering from Summit Midstream Partners. The company is offering 12.5 million shares which are expected to price between $19 and $21 each.
GlobeImmune is expected to go public on Tuesday, while Qualys and Summit Midstream Partners are expected to go public on Friday.
