IPO Pricing: TRLA, SUSP Thursday, September 20, 11:43 AM ET
Susser Petroleum (SUSP) priced its IPO of 9.5 million shares at $20.50, close to the high end of the $19 to $21 range analyst had expected. Shares have jumped higher in early trading today, up 12.3% so far on heavy volume.
Also pricing this morning was Trulia (TRLA). The company priced 6 million shares at $17 each, surpassing the $14 to $16 range most had expected. The higher pricing didn't stop the stock from pushing higher Thursday morning, as the stock has gained another 34% so far.
