At EnerNOC Inc (NASDAQ:ENOC), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Friday, Director Arthur W. Coviello Jr. purchased 25,000 shares of ENOC, for a cost of $10.40 each, for a total investment of $260,000. EnerNOC Inc is trading up about 12.2% on the day Wednesday.
And at Sarepta Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SRPT), there was insider buying on Friday, by Director M. Kathleen Behrens who purchased 17,500 shares for a cost of $14.73 each, for a total investment of $257,724. Sarepta Therapeutics Inc is trading up about 0.1% on the day Wednesday. Investors can snag SRPT at a price even lower than Behrens did, with shares trading as low as $13.37 at last check today -- that's 9.2% below Behrens's purchase price.
