Shares are lower by nearly 1.4 percent.
Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) was downgraded by Bank of America/Merrill Lynch (NYSE:BAC) to underperform from buy with a price target of $72, as the stock price has increased by nearly 31% over a two week period, and may have gotten ahead of itself.
