Lennar (NYSE:LEN) was upgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from sell to neutral with a price target of $35, as its stock price has been underperforming its peers, despite growth that its above average.
Shares are higher by nearly four tenths of a percent.
ARIAD Pharma (NASDAQ:ARIA) had its price target raised by Jefferies (JEF) to $28, as efficacy data for the AP26113 drug is encouraging. A buy rating was issued.
Shares are lower by about six tenths of a percent.
