Rayonier Incorporated (NYSE:RYN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on Dec. 17, 2012.
Shares are higher by about 0.25 percent.
In other dividend news, CF Industries Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:CF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. Highwoods Properties inc (NYSE:HIW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 42.5 cents per share. GATX (NYSE:GMT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, VF Corporation (NYSE:VFC) announced its quarterly dividend of 87 cents per share, an increase of about 21% over its prior dividend in September of 72 cents.
