Schlumberger Limited (NYSE:SLB) maintained its quarterly dividend of 27.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 11, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2012.
Shares are lower by about one percent.
In other dividend news, Dominion Resources Incorporated (NYSE:D) maintained its quarterly dividend of 52.75 cents per share. Consolidated Edison Incorporated (NYSE:ED) maintained its quarterly dividend of 60.5 cents per share. Sherwin Williams Company (NYSE:SHW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) announced its quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share, an increase of about 24% over its prior dividend in July of 17 cents.
