J.B. Hunt (NASDAQ:JBHT) reported quarterly earnings of 65 cents per share on revenue of $1.3 billion, while analysts had expcted earnings of 66 cents per share on revenue of $1.28 billion.
Shares are higher by over seven percent.
Infosys (NYSE:INFY) announced that it earned 75 cents per share, up 4.2% from the same period last year. Revenue increased by 2.9% to $1.797 billion, below estimates of $1.815 billion. For the full year, the company expects revenue of$7.343 billion, below estimates $7.37 billion. Full-year profit was forecast to be $2.97 a share, down from the previous $3.03 per share, while analysts had been looking for $3.04 per share.
