RadioShack (RSH) announced that it lost $47 million, or 47 cents per during the most recent quarter, versus a break-even quarter a year ago. Revenue declined by 3.1% to $1 billion.
Shares are higher by about five percent.
Coach (COH) announced better than expected earnings for the quarter. Sales increased by 11 per cent to $1.16 billion and net income increased by three percent to $221 million, or 77 cents per share, from $215 million or 73 cents per share, in the same quarter last year.
