investors with an attractive entry point after the share price has fallen 40% from its peak.
Shares are higher by about 3.7 percent.
US Cellular (NYSE:USM) was upgraded to neutral from underweight by JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM) as the valuation is lagging that of its peer group.
