UGI Corporation (NYSE:UGI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share. The dividend is payable January 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2012.
Shares are higher by about 2.6 percent.
In other dividend news, Towers Watson & Company (NYSE:TW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 11.5 cents per share. Group 1 Automotive Incorporated (NYSE:GPI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. Cathay General Bancorp (NASDAQ:CATY) maintained its quarterly dividend of 1 cent per share.
Among dividend increases, Lancaster Colony Corporation (NASDAQ:LANC) announced its quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share, an increase of about 6% over its prior dividend in September of 36 cents.
