Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (NYSE:XOP), which shed 5,050,000 shares, or a 26.5% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Industrials GEMS ETF (IGEM), which lost 100,000 of its shares, for a whopping 50.0% decline in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of IGEM, in morning trading today Adex Mining Incorporated (CVE:ADE.CA) is down about 12.5%.
