Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Oil Services ETF (AMEX:OIH), which shed 1,500,000 shares, or a 4.1% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of OIH, in morning trading today Schlumberger Ltd (NYSE:SLB) is off about 0.4%, and Halliburton Company (NYSE:HAL) is lower by about 0.7%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares Ultra 7-10 Year Treasury (AMEX:UST), which lost 1,100,000 of its shares, for a whopping 75.9% decline in outstanding shares.
