UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) was upgraded by Oppenheimer (NYSE:OPY) from perform to outperform with a price target of $66 as the firm believes that the the current stock price is an attractive entry point despite a pessimistic outlook.

Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) had its price target increased by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) to $935 due to a sentiment shift in the mobile business. A buy rating was issued.
Shares are higher by about four tenths of a percent.
