Extra Space Storage Incorporated (NYSE:EXR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.
Shares are higher by about half of one percent.
In other dividend news, Post Properties Incorporated (NYSE:PPS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. Harris Teeter Supermarkets Incorporated (NYSE:HTSI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. Exelis Incorporated (NYSE:XLS) maintained a dividend of 10.33 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT) announced its quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share, an increase of about 8% over its prior dividend in December of 24 cents.
