Shares are higher by about one percent.
In other dividend news, Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE:TAP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share. Valspar Corporation (VAL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share. Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (NYSE:CBI) maintained a dividend of 5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Kimberly Clark Corporation (NYSE:KMB) announced its quarterly dividend of 81 cents per share, an increase of about 9% over its prior dividend in December of 74 cents.
