Shares are higher by about one percent.

Fluor Corporation (NYSE:FLR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share. Ametek Incorporated (NYSE:AME) maintained its quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share. Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share.
