As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Monday, ADT Corp (NYSE:ADT)'s Director, Thomas J. Colligan, made a $94,709 purchase of ADT, buying 2,000 shares at a cost of $47.35 a piece. ADT Corp is trading up about 1% on the day Tuesday.
And at Korea Fund New (NYSE:KF), there was insider buying on Thursday, by Director Christopher B. Brader who bought 1,000 shares for a cost of $39.86 each, for a trade totaling $39,857. Korea Fund New is trading up about 0.2% on the day Tuesday.
