Antares Pharma (ATRS) announced that its loss in the fourth-quarter increased to $5 million, or 4 cents per share, versus a loss of $154,000, or less than one cent per share in the final quarter of 2011, when it had fewer shares outstanding. Revenue increased by one percent to $5.5 million.
Shares are lower by about 3.6 percent.
Tree.com (NASDAQ:TREE), the parent of LendingTree announced that it earned $2 million, or 17 cents per diluted share, for the fourth quarter versus $1.2 million, or 11 cents per share, in the same period last year. Revenue more than doubled to $23.9 million versus $10.7 million in the same period last year.
