Shares are lower by about four tenths of a percent.

Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. H&R Block Incorporated (NYSE:HRB) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. Delek US Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:DK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.
