Salem Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:SALM) announced its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share, an increase of about 43% over its prior dividend in December of 3.5 cents. The cash distribution will be paid on April 1, 2013 to stockholders of record as of March 25, 2013.
Shares are higher by about 6.6 percent.
Dynamic Materials Corporation (NASDAQ:BOOM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share. First Bancorp North Carolina (NASDAQ:FBNC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share. Silicom Limited (NASDAQ:SILC) maintained a dividend of 55 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, PMC Commercial Trust (AMEX:PCC) announced its quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share, an increase of about 4% over its prior dividend in December of 12 cents.
