Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE:SKT) announced its quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in January of 21 cents. The dividend will be paid on May 15 to shareholders of record as of April 30.
Shares are higher by about 1.4 percent.
In other dividend news, Resource America (REXI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 3 cents per share. Golden Enterprises (NASDAQ:GLDC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 3.13 cents per share. Orient Paper Incorporated (AMEX:ONP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 1.25 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust (NYSE:BPT) announced its quarterly dividend of 2 dollars and 41.47517 cents per share, an increase of about 4% over its prior dividend in January of 2 dollars and 31.5 cents.
