This morning, Jefferies downgraded shares of Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) from buy to hold citing valuation. The stock is approaching the firm's $30 price target, reducing the risk/reward profile. On the news, shares of Pfizer were lower by 0.7%.
Goldman Sachs downgraded shares of Kroger (NYSE:KR) from neutral to sell as the grocery store chain now trades as too high of a premium to the sector. In the report, however, Goldman did raise its price target to $35 per share. Shares of Kroger were flat on Friday, trading just below $38 per share.
And Oppenheimer downgraded shares of SodaStream (SODA) from outperform to perform on concerns that earnings could be volatile in the second half of the year. Shares of SodaStream were lower by more than 3.5% on the news.
