This morning, Citigroup increased its EPS estimates on shares of Invesco (NYSE:IVZ) as net asset values are on the rise and the company should see organic growth in the near term. In the report, Citigroup set a $40 price target. Shares of IVZ were higher by 2.5% on the news.
BMO Capital increased its EPS estimates on shares of NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP) through 2015 as the company should be able to expand margins over the next few quarters. In the report, BMO maintained its perform rating and set a new $47 price target. Shares of NetApp fell by about 0.5% on Tuesday.
And UBS upgraded shares of both Public Storage (NYSE:PSA) and Extra Space Storage (NYSE:EXR) from sell to neutral as the sector could gain momentum. The report noted that both companies have pricing power and room to improve occupancy rates. UBS set a price target of $44 for Extra Space Storage and $159 for Public Storage. Shares of companies were trading flat on Tuesday.
