This morning, Citigroup upgraded shares of Xerox (NASDAQ:XRX) from neutral to buy as the company will benefit from Obamacare in 2014 when the new healthcare program begins. With the upgrade, Citigroup set a new price target of $13 per share. Shares of Xerox were higher on Tuesday, picking up nearly 2% so far.
William Blair initiated coverage on shares of RetailMeNot (SALE) with an outperform rating. In the report. William Blair noted that the company is on the forefront of the internet coupon market -- a market with tremendous upside from here. Shares of RetailMeNot were trading relatively flat this morning, off just a few pennies.
And Sterne Agee upgraded shares of Rockwell Collins (COL) to a buy rating as the aerospace sector will provide the company with long-term earnings power. In the report, Sterne Agee set a $88 price target. Shares of Rockwell Collins were lower by 0.5% and trading just below $73.
