Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 4.8% going forward. Shares of PPL were modestly higher on Friday, gaining 0.2% so far.
In other dividend news, Home Depot (NYSE:HD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share. Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share. Waste Management (NYSE:WM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 36.5 cents per share. And Humana (NYSE:HUM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share.
