Late Wednesday, SanDisk (SNDK) initiated a quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share as part of a broader capital return program. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 1.5% going forward. Shares of SNDK were higher on Thursday, gaining 4.2% so far.
In other dividend news, Linn Energy (LINE) maintained its monthly distribution of 24.16 cents per share. Frontier Communications (FTR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. Portland General Electric (NYSE:POR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 27.5 cents per share. And Domtar (UFS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share.
