This morning, Toronto Dominion Bank (NYSE:TD) declared its quarterly dividend of 85 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its previous dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 3.8% going forward. Shares of TD were higher on Thursday, climbing 2.8% so far.
In other dividend news, Deere (NYSE:DE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share. Packaging Corporation American (NYSE:PKG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. And Guess? (NYSE:GES) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, the Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE:RY) announced its quarterly dividend of 67 cents per share, an increase of about 6% over its prior dividend.
