The iShares Russell 3000 Value ETF (IWW) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 191,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 25,000. Shares of IWW were off about 0.3% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Dell (NYSE:DELL), trading up about 5.4% with over 98 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), down about 0.9% on volume of over 56.0 million shares. The Active Network (NYSE:ACTV) is the component faring the best Friday, higher by about 26.4% on the day, while Body Central (BODY) is lagging other components of the iShares Russell 3000 Value ETF, trading lower by about 32.7%.
