This morning, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) declared its quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share, an increase of about 22% from its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 3.4% going forward. Shares of Microsoft were higher on the news, gaining 0.9% so far.
In other dividend news, Roper Industries (NYSE:ROP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16.5 cents per share. Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 63 cents per share. And Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) maintained its quarterly dividend of 47.5 cents per share.
Among dividend reductions, Invesco Mortage Capital (NYSE:IVR) announced its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, a decrease of about 23% from its prior dividend of 65 cents.
