This morning, CoreLogic reported home sales data for the month of July, with US home prices climbing 12.4% overall. Of the fifty states, only Delaware reported a decline on an annual basis. Month over month, home prices increased 1.8%, marking the 17th straight month of increases. According to the report, home prices reached their peak in April 2006 and current prices are still 18% below that point.
