This morning, BMO Capital downgraded shares of Gap (NYSE:GPS) from outperform to market perform as the retail sector could see third quarter weakness continue into the fourth quarter. In the report, BMO set a $35 price target. Shares of Gap were lower by 1.9% on the news.
Jefferies downgraded shares of Digital Realty Trust (NYSE:DLR) from buy to hold as pricing issues could persist. With the downgrade, Jefferies set a $60 price target. Shares of DLR were modestly higher today, climbing 0.2% so far.
And Leerink Swann downgraded shares of Synageva BioPharma (GEVA) from outperform to market perform as the stock lacks a near-term catalyst to propel it higher from here. With the downgrade, Leerink set a $62 price target. Shares of Synageva were lower on Tuesday, falling 4.6%.
