Today, Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) increased the firm's quarterly dividend to $0.55 per common share from $0.50 per common share. The dividend will be paid on December 30, 2013 to common shareholders of record on December 2, 2013.
Companies maintaining their dividends include Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) with its quarterly dividend of 66 cents per share, Coca Cola Company (NYSE:KO) with a quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share, Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB) with a dividend of 31.25 cents per share and Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) with its quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share.
