Late Thursday, Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK) declared its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders the previous quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 2.2% going forward. Shares of SWK were higher on Friday, gaining 1.2% so far.
In other dividend news, Occidental Petroleum (NYSE:OXY) maintained its quarterly dividend of 64 cents per share. Sealed Air (NYSE:SEE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. And KB Home (NYSE:KBH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 2.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, RPM International (NYSE:RPM) announced its quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend.
