This morning, Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) reported third quarter earnings of $1.73 billion, or 65 cents per share, as revenue slid to $16.15 billion. Excluding the benefit of Olympics ad sales last year, revenue would have grown by 5% year over year. The 65 cents per share the company earned in the quarter topped Wall Street estimates of 60 cents per share, but investors must have been looking for more as the stock is trading lower at the open today.
