Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (GDP) priced its public offering of 6 million shares at $25.25 per share. The Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares to cover over-allotments. GDP shares are up 6.9% so far today, at $28 per share.
