In the report, Morgan Stanley questioned the dividend policy's sustainability. Shares of Windstream were lower by 2% on Friday morning.
Jefferies downgraded shares of Tremor Video (NYSE:TRMR) from buy to hold as the company has picked a poor time to transition its business. With the downgrade, Jefferies set an $8 price target. Shares of Tremor were sharply lower today, falling more than 50% so far.
And Bank of America downgraded shares of Deere (NYSE:DE) from buy to neutral as falling corn prices could impact future sales of farming equipment. In the report, Bank of America set an $89 price target. Shares of Deere were lower by 0.6% on the news.
