This morning, Ares Capital (NASDAQ:ARCC) declared its regular quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders the previous quarter. With its regular dividend Ares also declared two special dividends in the amount of five cents each which are payable in December and March. Shares of ARCC were higher on the news, gaining 3.3% so far today.
In other dividend news, Regal Beloit (NYSE:RBC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. Owens & Minor (NYSE:OMI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share. And Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers (NYSE:RBA) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) announced its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend.
