This morning, DR Horton (NYSE:DHI) reported fiscal fourth quarter earnings of $139.5 million, or 40 cents per share, as revenue climbed to $1.82 billion. The company noted that its backlog of homes had increased by 33% year-over-year and the average sale price of its homes had increased by 15%.
