Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Vanguard Industrials ETF (NYSE:VIS), which shed 1,600,000 shares, or a 10.4% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of VIS, in morning trading today General Electric (NYSE:GE) is up about 0.2%, and United Technologies (UTX) is higher by about 0.9%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares Ultra SmallCap600 (NYSE:SAA), which lost 150,000 of its shares, for a whopping 33.3% decline in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of SAA, in morning trading today AAON (NASDAQ:AAON) is off about 1%, and AAR (NYSE:AIR) is lower by about 0.8%.
