ADP Says US Private Sector Added 215k Jobs Last Month Wednesday, December 4, 11:55 AM ET
This morning, ADP reported that 215,000 jobs were added to the private sector in November, easily topping the economists' estimates. In the report, ADP also revised its October number higher to 184,000 -- a 54,000 job revision. While the report shows the labor picture improving, bonds and stocks declined as many investors expect the Fed to reverse its monetary policy once the labor market is deemed healthy again. Investors will have another look at the health of the labor market on Friday morning when the Labor Department releases its November payroll report.
