Jobless Claims Fall To 330k Thursday, January 9, 11:17 AM ET
This morning, the Labor Department reported that initial jobless claims fell by 15,000 last week to a seasonally adjusted rate of 330,000 claims. While the report was better than economists had expected, the Labor Department did revise its previous report higher by 6,000 claims. All eyes will be on the Labor Department tomorrow morning when the December payroll report is released.
