Digital Realty Trust (NYSE:DLR) increased their quarterly common stock dividend by $0.05 to $0.83 per share due to expected continued growth in funds from operations, and their policy to distribute 100% of REIT taxable income. This is the 12th dividend increase since their IPO in 2004.
In other dividend news, Anadarko Petroleum (APC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share. Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) maintained its dividend of 53 cents per share. Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK) declared their quarterly dividend of 30.5 cents per share, and Clorox Company (NYSE:CLX) maintained its quarterly dividend of 71 cents per share.
