This dividend is payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 20, 2014. This brings the annualized dividend rate per share to $0.61 from $0.55.
Taubman Centers (NYSE:TCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share of common stock, an increase of 8 percent. Since the company went public in 1992 it has never reduced its common dividend and has increased its dividend 17 times.
American Tower Corporation (NYSE:AMT) declared its quarterly cash distribution of $0.32 per share. The distribution is payable on April 25, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 10, 2014.
And, CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE:CVS) announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share on the corporation's common stock.
