Oxford Industries (NYSE:OXM) declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share payable on May 2, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 17, 2014. This represents a 17% increase from the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
City Holding Company (NASDAQ:CHCO) declared a dividend of 40 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of April 15, 2014. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2014. The dividend represents an 8% increase from the 37 cents per share cash dividend paid in the first quarter of 2014 and follows a 6% increase in the cash dividend, from 35 cents per common share to 37 cents, approved by the board in March 2013.
Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $.075 per common share, payable on May 12, 2014, to shareholders of record on April 11, 2014.
QR Energy (NYSE:QRE) has approved a cash distribution of $0.1625 per unit for all outstanding units. This payment is the first of three monthly installments attributable to the first quarter of 2014 and represents an annualized distribution of $1.95 per unit. The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 9, 2014.
And, Ennis (NYSE:EBF) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable May 2, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2014.
