Marriott International (NASDAQ:MAR) raised the company's quarterly cash dividend by 3 cents to twenty cents per share, which represents a more than 17 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend amount of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable on June 27, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 23, 2014.
Cabot Corporation (NYSE:CBT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on all outstanding shares of the Corporation's common stock, representing a $0.02 increase per share as compared to the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on June 13, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2014.
NACCO Industries (NYSE:NC) increased its regular cash dividend from 25.00 cents to 25.75 cents per share. The dividend is payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, and will be paid June 13, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2014. The new dividend is equal to an annual rate of $1.03 per share.
UPS (NYSE:UPS) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. The dividend is payable June 6, 2014, to shareowners of record on May 19, 2014.
And, AmerisourceBergen (NYSE:ABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per common share, payable June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2014.
