The iShares Global Industrials ETF (EXI) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 222,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 33,000. Shares of EXI were up about 0.1% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were General Electric (GE), trading up about 0.2% with over 11.4 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Delta Air Lines (DAL), up about 0.1% on volume of over 4.0 million shares. Rand Capital (RAND) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 2.2% on the day, while Suncor Energy (SU) is lagging other components of the iShares Global Industrials ETF, trading lower by about 2%.
