Eaton (NYSE:ETN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per ordinary share payable August 22, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 4, 2014.
Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK) has maintained a dividend consistent with that of the prior quarter, by declaring a quarterly dividend of $0.305 per share payable on October 31, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2014. This represents an increase of 15% compared to the prior year.
American Electric Power (NASDAQ:AEP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2014, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 8, 2014, and is the company's 417th consecutive quarterly common stock cash dividend.
The Allstate Corporation (NYSE:ALL) announced a quarterly dividend of 28 cents on each outstanding share of the corporation's common stock, payable in cash on October 1, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2014.
The Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. The dividend is payable September 18, 2014 to shareowners of record on September 5, 2014.
FMC Corporation (NYSE:FMC) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share, payable on October 16, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2014.
