The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6436 per share on the Common Stock and on the Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, payable on or after August 15, 2014, to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on July 18, 2014, and to Series A and Series B Preferred Stock shareholders of record at the start of business on July 18, 2014.
MetLife (NYSE:MET) declared a third quarter 2014 common stock dividend of $0.35 per share. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 12, 2014, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 8, 2014.
Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) announced it has declared a regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.39 per common share. The next quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 18, 2014 and distributed on or about August 21, 2014.
A. O. Smith (NYSE:AOS) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share on the company's Common Stock and Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on Aug. 15 to shareholders of record July 31.
And, MAXIMUS (NYSE:MMS) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share, payable on August 29, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2014.
